FULL-TIME ASSOCIATE BENEFITS


All full-time, regular associates are eligible to participate in Music Choice’s benefits programs effective with their full-time employment. Coverage begins on associate’s first day of full-time employment.



Health, Dental, Vision Plans
Cigna, Vision Benefits of America


We offer Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network and Cigna Open Access Plus for health and prescription drugs. Music Choice also offers a dental plan through Cigna as well as vision coverage through Vision Benefits of America. Music Choice pays 85% of medical, dental and vision costs for associate only and 80% for associate plus dependents on the Open Access Plus In-Network plan.  




Life Insurance Plan

We provide all eligible associates a life insurance benefit equal to 1.5 times their annual salary, up to a maximum of $400,000. Music Choice pays 100% of the basic life & accidental death dismemberment premium cost. In addition, associates have the option to purchase additional life insurance. Spousal and child insurance rates are also available. 

 



Long Term Disability Plan
Cigna


LTD provides a weekly or monthly benefit of 60% of annual salary up to a monthly maximum of $8,000 after 90 days of continuous disability.  Music Choice provides this benefit cost-free to associates.

 



401k Plan
Fidelity Investments


According to Fidelity Investments, Music Choice has the best 401k plan in the country!  Associates may contribute up to 60% of their pre-tax salary up to the annual limit each year, and vesting is immediate. The Plan also provides for auto enrollment and auto increase programs. For those earning $75,000 or less, Music Choice will match all contributions up to 10% as follows:

  • $1.50 on the dollar for the first 4% of associate’s compensation
  • $2.00 on the dollar for the next 3% of associate’s compensation
  • $1.00 on the dollar on the next 1% of associate’s compensation
  • $0.50 on the dollar on the next 2% of associate’s compensation

For those associates earning more than $75,000 per year, the match is as follows:

  • $1.50 on the dollar for the first 5% of associate’s compensation
  • $0.75 on the dollar on the next 1% of associate’s compensation
  • $0.50 on the dollar on the next 4% of associate’s compensation

FULL-TIME ASSISTANT BENEFITS


All full-time assistants are eligible to participate in Music Choice's assistant medical benefit program. Coverage begins on the first of the month after a 30 day waiting period.



Health Plan
Reliance Standard Life Insurance


We offer a limited benefit plan which provides basic insurance coverage. The assistant can be seen by any physician, hospital, etc. Co-pays and deductibles are applicable. Additional benefits of enrollment in this plan include a prescription card which allows discounts at participating pharmacies as well as a vision membership through Vision Service Plan. Music Choice pays 85% of premium cost for assistants and or assistant plus dependent/s.
